The most special thing about being a harp teacher is getting to see special people like Jenna start as little girls, grow in their confidence and leave as young accomplished women. It’s also the hardest! You’ll bring peace and joy wherever you go Jenna. It has been a pleasure harping with you all these years!

Well that was a first! Held the wedding for a thunderstorm to pass through and got a beautiful rainbow right behind their stunning San Sophia Overlook in Telluride Colorado to frame their vows. Magical!

Spreading holiday cheer! Playing in the community offers gratitude all around and the opportunity to lift some hearts who may be feeling down. Thank you for sharing your music ladies!

Bringing holiday cheer to the neighborhood!

Beautiful first harp performance Michelle! So pretty, I didn’t even notice it was snowing in the library ;)

This is a good way to give a harpist a heart attack, but somehow those slippery dress shoes held and we got my Baby across to Beaver Meadows for the wedding and back without mishap!

This was a wedding to remember. A log bridge crossing with a concert harp, a Rocky Mountain foot path with a few streams, and a storm brewing in Upper Beaver Meadows, Estes Park. Some ingenuity, the family rolling their pants and sleeves up to help, and some luck got us to the “I Dos” before the storm broke. Congrats to Emma and Caleb! Thank you to @madisonkatlinphotography for so beautifully capturing the moment.

Jax Fish House and Bar social event at Cherry Creek. It’s starting to look a lot like holiday season!

This is among my favorite rural wedding sites in Larkspur, Colorado at Spruce Mountain Event Center. Surrounded by farm land and rolling country roads, the sweeping views and birds singing set the stage for a stunning wedding for a local high school sweetheart couple.

Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield couldn't have been more lush this season. While I was warming up Clair de Lune, a pair of fledgling redtailed hawks swooped down and happily napped a dinner right in front of me. I love the outdoor barn dance floor and farm to table meals at this historic rural working farm.

Warmimg up for a beautiful morning wedding at Flagstaff House. The modern design and wide views of the Boulder Valley suggest the family loved waking up to the sunrise over the Front Range. The Flagstsff House is now an iconic place to celebrate special occasions.

The grand opening of Gallery at Broomfield Retirement Communuty with Stellar Living. A semi-rural location with so many amenities, stunning surround views of the mountains and plains, and a fabulous staff!

Nearly 100 years and many generations of Kolacnys providing musical instruments, rentals, lessons, sheet music, instrument repair, and a center for our harp community. Dave and Deb have sponsored harp events and fabulous performers for the Mile High Chapter of the American Harp Society for decades alongside Dave's father and grandfather who were also musicians and instrument regulators. Kolacnys Music Shop, the only harp shop between the Mississippi and Los Angeles will be desperately missed!

Sunrise with She Grows Garden picking event. These dahlias will take your breath away. This Arvada, Colorado based woman-owned business with workshops, wedding flowers, and the most welcoming vibe will leave you with a smile.

Stunning evening for the Firestone Library art exhibit sponsored by the High Plains Library District. Thank you for bringing live music to the people of Colorado!
